Use the guideline of 2 quarts of Body Balance per month per person (2 ounces per day, 1 quart every two weeks equals 2 quarts per month per person).

Use the guideline of 1 quart of our Liquid Calcium supplement, either OsteoProCare or OsteOmegaCare, per month per person (1 tablespoon in the morning and at night will equal 1 quart per month per person).
